Do you provide a GC-MS report before shipment?
Yes. Every batch ships with an accredited-laboratory GC-MS report and a Certificate of Analysis, issued before the goods leave. You're welcome to test the oil independently in your own laboratory at our cost.
How do you guarantee the bulk matches the sample?
We commit sample-to-bulk consistency in writing, back it with batch GC-MS, and offer pre-shipment inspection on first orders. If the delivered profile doesn't match what you approved, you don't pay.
What is Nagarmotha (Cypriol) oil?
Nagarmotha, or Cypriol, is a deep woody, smoky essential oil distilled from the roots of Cyperus scariosus. It's prized in oud and oriental perfumery as a natural fixative and is produced in very few places worldwide, making India a leading origin.
Can you supply mint and menthol?
Yes. India is the world's dominant source of mint and menthol, and it's a core part of our range — mentha, peppermint and spearmint oils, plus menthol crystals and dementholised oil for pharma, oral-care and flavour.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Order sizes are flexible. We welcome small trial orders — typically 25–100 kg — and scale to bulk drums for regular buyers. Samples are 50–100 ml with full documentation.
How is pricing quoted — FOB or CIF?
Both. FOB is our default; CIF on request. Pricing depends on the oil, grade, quantity and destination, and mint-family oils move with the daily market, so we issue a firm, current quotation — usually within 48 hours.
What are your payment terms?
For new buyers: advance plus balance before dispatch, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. Terms can evolve as a track record builds. Goods aren't dispatched until payment is secured, protecting both sides.
Which certifications can you provide?
Beyond standard GC-MS, COA and MSDS, we arrange Halal, Kosher, IFRA conformity, EU allergen declarations, REACH declarations, organic (NPOP/USDA/EU) and phytosanitary certificates, plus heavy-metal and pesticide panels for herbal and food-grade products.
