1. "Will you send a batch GC-MS report before shipment?"

The right answer is an immediate yes. Evidence of purity should precede the goods, not follow a complaint.

2. "Can I test the oil independently before I pay?"

A confident supplier welcomes independent verification — ideally at their cost. Hesitation here is the biggest red flag in the trade.

3. "Will the bulk match the sample — in writing?"

Ask for a written commitment to sample-to-bulk consistency, backed by batch testing and, on first orders, pre-shipment inspection.

4. "What documentation ships with the order?"

Look for COA, MSDS and Certificate of Origin as standard, plus market-specific certificates (IFRA, allergen, REACH, Halal, Kosher) on request. Missing paperwork stalls customs and formulation.

5. "Who are you, really?"

A registered company, a real address, a verifiable trail. A supplier backed by a proper corporate entity is far safer than an anonymous trader who can disappear after one bad lot.
